Demo of CockroachDB surviving a regional outage

In this demo I'll show you one of the key characteristics of CockroachDB, its multi-regional survivability. CockroachDB clusters can easily spanning multiple geographic regions and replicate your data across those regions for maximum availability, in order to help you design systems with "always-on" requirements, which will help to drive negative customer impact caused by infrastructure down to zero. I'll show you how your application will be able to just keep on running, with an RPO (Recovery Point Objective) of 0 and no operational actions needed, as no failover is required with a real multi-active architecture.
